When the weather warms up I find myself drinking a lot more — teas, lemonades, slushies — anything cold and refreshing. This mango lemonade is simple to make and perfect for hot afternoons. With a ripe mango, fresh lemon juice and a bit of sugar, you can have a bright, fruity pitcher in minutes.

The recipe is straightforward and easy to adjust to taste. Use a perfectly ripe mango for the best sweetness and aroma. If you prefer a less sweet drink, reduce the sugar or add more water. For a bolder lemon flavor, increase the lemon juice slightly.
