Candy Corn Yogurt Pops: Festive Frozen Treats for Fall

I’m eagerly waiting for fall, but the weather hasn’t quite cooperated yet. I’ve been spotting and buying all kinds of seasonal goodies—many best enjoyed warm—which isn’t ideal when it’s still hot outside. Until the air cools, these Candy Corn Yogurt Pops are a perfect compromise: they capture the flavors of the season but are served cold, making them refreshing on a warm day.

Made with vanilla yogurt and lightly flavored to evoke candy corn, these pops are a healthier treat that still feels indulgent. They’re simple to prepare, require no baking, and are a fun, colorful snack for kids and adults alike.

These Candy Corn Yogurt Pops are an easy, delicious way to get your fix of one of the best kinds of Halloween treats! These ice pops taste like desserts but are actually healthy, and are an easy recipe to enjoy- no baking required!

  • 32 oz. container vanilla yogurt
  • 3 drops Wilton creamy vanilla custard flavoring (optional)
  • Wilton orange food gel
  • Wilton yellow food gel
  • 3 disposable decorator icing bags or 3 Ziploc bags snipped at the corner

Directions:

  1. Divide the yogurt evenly among three mixing bowls.
  2. If using, add one drop of the vanilla custard flavoring to each bowl and stir well—this enhances the aroma and gives the yogurt a candy-corn-like flavor.
  3. Add about 1/8 teaspoon orange food gel to one bowl and mix until the color is uniform. Cover and refrigerate.
  4. Add about 1/8 teaspoon yellow food gel to a second bowl and mix until evenly colored. Cover and refrigerate.
  5. Place the white (uncolored) yogurt into a decorator bag or a snipped Ziploc and pipe into the bottom of each ice pop mold to create the candy-corn tip. Gently tap the mold so the yogurt settles evenly. Freeze for 15 minutes.
  6. Pipe the orange yogurt into each mold to form the middle layer. Freeze for another 15 minutes.
  7. Finally, pipe the yellow yogurt into each mold up to the fill line. Insert the lids and sticks, then freeze for at least 2 hours, or until solid. Remove from molds and enjoy.
