Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper (adjust to taste)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Halve and pit the avocado, then scoop the flesh into a bowl. Add lemon juice and the minced garlic.
