Grilled Peach Salad

If you haven’t tried grilling peaches yet, give it a try. The grill brings out their natural sugars and creates a warm, caramelized crust that transforms the fruit into a seasonal favorite for the whole family.

Does grilling peaches soften them?

Yes. The heat of the grill both softens the peach and enhances its natural sweetness. Grilled peaches become lightly caramelized and tender. To grill evenly, cut peaches in half or into slices and remove the pit before placing them on the grill.

Can I cook unripe peaches?

Yes. If peaches are slightly underripe, gentle heat will soften their flesh and skin and make them pleasant to eat when grilled.
